Dope Vibes: Burton's Grill & Bar Park Road

We were in the Park Road area, and a Velvet Taco Restaurant recently opened up so we wanted to go check it out. The first sign that Velvet Taco just wasn't going to happen was that there were absolutely no parking spots available, and there were also a ton of people sitting on their patio. We finally found parking, so I was like hmmmm, maybe that's a good sign. I was hungry ad determined to make it happen, so we went inside just to see if we could get lucky. It was pure chaos inside of Velvet Taco, and there was no way that were going to be able to make that happen. I looked over, and saw Burton's Grill. so I figure what would it hurt to go inside? We went inside and were welcomed by one of the most pleasant hostess that I've ever encountered. The place was such a cool and modern vibe filled with crisp black and white lines everywhere. Unfortunately, there were no tables available in the dinning area, but there were several seats at the bar, so we decided to sit there. The Bartenders were so nice and welcoming, and they offered great suggestions for the menu. It was our first visit, so of course we asked what their favorite menu items.

I started with a delicious Cesar Salad, with the best homemade Croutons. It was obvious that the Cesar dressing was made in house, and it was packed with flavor. I also selected the Salmon Risotto with broccoli and the Signature sauce, which was very good! The Salmon was cooked perfectly, which consisted of a warm and soft inside but a crispy grilled outside. We also tried a Cuban Sandwich with Truffle Fries, which was very filling. The Truffle fries were amazing! Overall, I have absolutely no complaints. The decorations in the restaurant are very cool, and there is a very interesting wall filled photos and artwork of different celebrities that I loved! The pictures were very cool, and a great conversation piece. I would definitely recommend stopping by Burton's Grill in the Park Road shopping area.
